Leadership retreats are based upon the premise that we cannot lead or bring about change without first examining ourselves.  These retreats offer participants the opportunity to reflect, and recommit themselves to action needed to reclaim wholeness in their lives and to help bring healing into the world.

These retreats:

• draw upon Parker J. Palmer’s circles of trust model and the work of the Center for Courage & Renewal.

• invite participants to explore the intersection of their personal and
  professional lives, including questions about vocation, professional
  challenges, and pressing life issues.

• use stories, poetry, and essays from various wisdom traditions to inform individual reflection, small group listening, and large group sharing.
